We seek an Administrative Assistant - Human Resources to provide administrative support to the campus president and coordinate local human resources activities for campus/site team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process all people services paperwork
Support hiring managers in the hiring process by answering questions regarding the applicant tracking system and coordinating candidate interviews schedules as requested
Ensure new hire compliance by coordinating pre-employment drug and background screening for candidates
Establish and maintain official documents/records for campus and maintain up-to-date filing system
Ensure regulatory compliance by submitting instructor and administrator certification information to state licensing and accrediting body in a timely manner
Prepare and submit state license and accreditation renewals, new program/modified program applications, and other state licensing and accreditation notifications/renewals/modifications, etc
Manage student accident reporting process by collecting all accident reports and maintaining a filing system
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED
3 - 5 years administrative experience
Prior Human Resources experience preferred
Computer Skills (Microsoft Office products)
Excellent customer service, organization and communication skills
