Administrative Assistant:For University Financial Officer
This world famous research university is searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Investment Officer.
Candidate for this position will have experience working in a financial business setting or have similar corporate business background.
The University Financial Department handles all of the university's invested assets and works closely with investment managers of banks in New York.
Responsibilities:
Manage all ongoing administrative functions for department.
Coordinate calendars for department using Outlook.
Develop and manage all correspondence for department.
Organize meetings and travel arrangements for 4 officers.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, etc.
Produce quarterly materials and reports for investment committee meetings.
Candidate must have strong MicroSoft Office skills with Powerpoint or Adobe preferred.
