DeVry University seeks an Associate Admissions Representative for our University Center in Jacksonville, Florida. This Center is located in the Baymeadows area on the south side of Jacksonville.

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Admissions, this representative will contact prospective students to schedule interview appointments for candidates interested in DeVry University’s academic programs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing self-generated leads and assisting applicants with all phases of the student admissions process from the personal interview to qualifying them for enrollment and assisting them throughout the enrollment and registration process.

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

A bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years sales and managerial experience is strongly preferred. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required. Must possess refined persuasive skills and must understand and interpret human behavior. Must be a competent administrator and self-starter with the capacity to work with little supervision. Must have the maturity and commitment to exercise sound judgment and make ethical decisions.
