Requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, accounting or related field with two years administrative or financial analysis experience. Under the general direction of the Assistant to the Chair, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the sponsored research contracts and grants administration for assigned faculty members. This includes pre-award preparation and submission of proposals, post-award management of all awarded funds, developing proposal budgets, preparation of financial reports and coordination of student, post doctoral and professional research staff funding. Interface with UD Offices, federal agencies, industrial sponsors, faculty, students and staff.
