Work Management Coordinator

Koch Pipeline Company, L.P., as an owner, operator and investor, plays a key role in the American pipeline system that delivers energy that fuels society. Koch Pipeline Company employees are focused on becoming the operator of choice in the communities in which they operate.This specific role for KPL will have dual purposes, one role will act as the Work Management Coordinator and the other role will be to provide administrative support to the KPL President.  The following outlines the specific responsibilities for each role.Work Management Coordinator: Act as a back up administrator for the Maximo system Accurately and efficiently maintain the Maximo database Provide assistance on using work processes Train new employees on Maximo system Provide problem resolution on work management issues Resource for KPL personnel on questions/troubleshooting issues Provide oversight and guidance to Subject Matter Teams Administrative Assistant: Provide direct support to KPL President Coordinate travel arrangements Organize meetings, global conference calls and facilitation of daily administrative operations Assist the team with management of the compliance systems and reporting, training requirements, and ensuring compliance in key areas such as records management Maintain organization charts and contact information, improve established office administrative procedures, manage monthly purchasing card reports and travel & expense submissions. Assist with accounts payable for group Directly assist KPL President with management presentations, staff meetings, development and monitoring of scorecards, personnel files, record retention, and capability plans Additional duties will include, but not be limited to, assisting team with projects, creation of professional correspondence and memorandums, etc. Job Requirements: Proficient in latest versions of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with 1+ years in an office environment Strong knowledge of Windows Operating system and PC functions 1+ years previous training experience conducting training sessions for large groups Ability to effectively communicate and train coworkers Must have good presentation and public speaking skills Must be a team player with positive attitude who is not afraid to assist where and when needed 5+ years as an administrative assistant Must be willing to travel Strong problem solving skills High School Diploma or GED Preferred: Experience with any or all of the following applications: eForms, Maximo, Lynx, GATIR or PODS Database Administration Experience as an IT Business Analyst or IT Project Design Analyst Experience with Visio or MS Project Bachelor Degree in business or computer related field Other Considerations: Ability to wear required PPE while working, including at minimum a hard hat, safety glasses and heeled work boots.
