VP of Finance

qÂ Â Â Â Â Â Help define and audit business goals and objectives: manage, direct and monitor the organizationâ€™s business analysis and planning /forecasting functions

qÂ Â Â Â Â Â Direct financial staff of each of the businesses: support their respective leaders with decision analysis and metrics reporting

qÂ Â Â Â Â Â Coordinate with business teams to prepare annual budgets, 5 year strategic plans, and monthly forecasts: measure actual performance against goals and perform trend analysis for senior management reporting and proactive strategic planning

qÂ Â Â Â Â Â Provide a common financial and reporting platform across the business unit: consistently monitor results and make fact based business decisions.

qÂ Â Â Â Â Â Stay abreast ofÂ industry and economic change and trends: help identify market opportunities and determine potential impact on business results from a quantitative perspective
