We are seeking an experienced UNIX Team Lead to provide quality solutions and support UNIX Server Platform Specialists by utilizing best practices, processes, and procedures.

As the Unix Team Lead, you will: Develop, oversee, lead, mentor, and guide UNIX Systems Administrators that provide support, maintenance, and ensure performance of global based UNIX servers Support O-I global operations by defining, implementing and maintaining global and regional UNIX servers Be responsible for 7X24 support of an interim environment on a rotating schedule Research and recommend emerging technologies that will support company’s infrastructure



Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Strong Unix background on multiple platforms with emphasis on AIX Experience managing, leading, and developing teams Global, international experience Strong communication, decision making skills
