If you're as excited about the future as we are, consider this opportunity.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ' Routing of package shipments to customers using Mattel's computer based transportation management system' Track & confirm deliveries on specific carriers' Update shipment information via computer' Communicate with carriers regarding requirements, equipment needs and other issues related to traffic' Other duties may be assigned as necessary SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIESNo supervisory responsibilities are required for this positionQUALIFICATIONSThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE' High school diploma or general education degree (GED) LANGUAGE SKILLS ' Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals or government regulations' Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals' Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general publicMATHEMATICAL SKILLS' Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals REASONING ABILITY' Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists ' Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS ' None required PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
