Job Description:  Sunkist Naturals Juice is the producer of the freshest, better for you beverages in the USA. We are recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity to join a fun, aggressive marketing and distribution organization as Territory Sales Manager (TSM). 

 

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing Sunkist Naturals Juice overall sales and marketing initiatives within the New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia Markets.   Successful candidates must be highly motivated and operate effectively in an ambitious, fast growth, and high energy environment.  Responsibilities: Conduct daily retail store audits to ensure product placement, presentation, POS application and inventory management. Hire, train and mentor all temporary employees to perform in-store demos of Sunkist Naturals products. Establish, maintain, and develop professional key account relationships. Work collaboratively with senior retail management to develop and facilitate promotional campaigns. Execute, develop, and plan community oriented promotional activities on college campuses, tradeshows, and the like.

Requirements: B.A. in Communication, Business, or Marketing. Self-motivated, ability to multi-task and strong time-management skills. Ability to work successfully in an entrepreneurial environment. Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and expectations. Results-oriented and possess a positive “can-do attitude.�  Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in team environments. Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
