The mission of the Territory Manager is to maximize territory profitability by achieving territory goals; by ensuring the achievement of the Service Vision to increase Member satisfaction and retention; and by selecting, supervising, developing and supporting Service Provider staff.

 

Responsibilities of the position:

§ Delivering the territory business plan for all lines of business (centers, travelers and At Work)

§ Recruiting, selecting and developing high quality Service Provider staff

§ Sourcing, managing and growing meeting locations and centers in the territory

§ Managing key operating expenses to maximize profitability

 

Requirements of the position:

§ Excellent Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills

§ Bilingual Spanish is preferred

§ Self-Starter with superior analytical and problem-solving skills

§ Supervisory/Management skills (3-5 yrs. In multi-unit management preferred)

§ Strong leadership and team building skills

§ Prior Supervisory/Management experience (3-5 years) highly desirable

§ Computer knowledge including Word and Excel

§ Maintenance of goal weight within two pounds of the Weight Watchers goal range

§ Travel required
