Temporary Industrial Designer Assignment
Are you an energetic, creative Industrial Designer, who has a head full of ideas, backed with the sketching abilities and passion to communicate and drive these ideas to fruition? If so, then join the industry leaders to gain invaluable hands-on experience.
Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. has a temporary assignment for a creative, talented and driven Industrial Designer. The candidate will join our talented in-house Industrial Design Group, in Richmond, Virginia, to impact a wide variety of consumer product categories and Brands in the Housewares industry and beyond.
To be considered you will need to have a 4-year bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from an accredited college or university. Up to 2 years post-degree experience in a corporate setting, design firm, or as freelance designer are desired. You must be an energetic and creative designer with strong ideation/sketching abilities and aesthetic sensibilities. Proficiency with pen and paper, Photoshop and Illustrator are required, and competency with SolidWorks and/or Alias is a plus.
