Technical Support / Customer Service
Summary:
This is an entry level position requiring an interest in learning technical product applications. Providing technical support for Vacuum Automation & Material Handling product lines, supporting a distributor / representative network & Regional Sales Managers

Primary Job Responsibilities: Customer Service – respond to calls from reps and end users regarding technical information about products. Compile & maintain technical database. Regional Support, including:
                      - Communication updates
                       - Participate in lab tests
                       - Prepare quotations
                       - Competitive Analysis Enter new Customers into Profit 21 database

Requirements: AS or BS, or background in Engineering or Industrial Technology Work individually and with team Manage multiple projects Analytical – problem solving skills Computer skills using MS Office Experience providing solutions in a Customer Service environment.
