Rate of Pay- $12.50 per hour

Hours- 8am-5pm (1 hr. lunch unpaid)- M-F (40 hour work week), overtime occasionally required.

Duration- Approx. 5 to 6 months

Holidays paid- no other Benefits paid

Duties- responsible for significant inbound phone volume related to machine repair scheduling. Computer Data entry ( full training provided). Filing, report completion and some outbound customer phone contact, as required. Other miscellaneous office activities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS-

-Customer Service/phone activity experience.

-Some prior computer experience in data entry activities or equivalent.

-Basic office skills.

-Ability to work overtime occasionally and as necessary.

-High School Graduate

PREFERRED-

-Exposure to or experience with Excel.

- Experience with insides sales.
