This position will be located in Fort Washington, PA.Responsibilities:Responsible for developing and providing technical/sales support to field organization for large and/or integrated systems.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Ensures proper application of systems products to meet customer requirements.2. Reviews bid specifications and develops exception documentation.3. Assist National Account Managers, Systems Reps and Core Commercial Reps in preparing bid responses and functional specifications.4. Assist field sales and installation associates in preparation of project cost estimates.5. Ensures the use of ADT Policies and Procedures in all aspects of project preparation and implementation.6. Provide technical assistance to the field organization at system start up ensuring proper understanding by the field office regarding systems intent.7. Audits installed systems to ensure proper product revision control and customer support.8. Assist in evaluation and beta testing of new systems and subsystems to meet present or future requirements.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.Experience: Three (3) years proficiency in design, pricing and implementation of all types of integrated systems projects.Skills: Managerial Skills. Communication and written skills. Possess high level of PC literacy. Knowledge of large project management, database connectivity, basic LAN protocols, and serial communications. High level of proficiency in access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm and CCTV products and concepts.
