Sr. Ecommerce Developer
Sr. Ecommerce Developer - Nashville, TN
Gibson Guitar Corp (the world’s leading lifestyle brand and manufacturer of musical instruments and gear) is seeking a qualified, experienced Sr. Ecommerce Developer to join the team based at the Gibson World Headquarters in Nashville, TN.
Reports to Web Director
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years developing with .NET framework (1+ years with 2.0),
IIS and ASP.NET.
· Minimum of 4 years developing HTML, CSS and JavaScript
· Minimum of 2 years developing ecommerce solutions.
· Advanced experience with MS SQL 2005.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
· Ability to respond to technical inquiries and complaints from users and
customers.
· BA/BS in relative field or comparable work experience.
· Experience with Web Services, XML, XSLT, AJAX, and ActionScript are a
plus.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain the core functionality of the ecommerce system.
· Develop and maintain interfaces between the web CMS, ERP system and
other third party APIs.
· Application server and database maintenance.
· Evaluate and optimize systems.
· Offer support for technical issues with the system.
This full time position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, paid vacation and sick time medical benefits, employer sponsored health insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Position will be based in the World Headquarters in Nashville, TN. Local candidates preferred as relocation will not be offered.
