Sr. Bakery Technologist for World Class Food Manufacturing Company!
Our client, a leading food manufacturer is looking for a talented/innovative SR. BAKING TECHNOLOGIST to join their outstanding organization!

Overview of Job Responsibilities:Develop new products and line extensions and manage product development activity from concept through commercialization.Work with minimal supervision to develop products designed to meet the needs of consumers with an emphasis on dough/crust.Lead and manage interdepartmental and intra-departmental project teams of moderate complexity, scope and size.Develop creative solutions for a wide range of complex problems which require a significant amount of ingenuity and creativity.Train/Mentor new personnel. Give advice for test work direction.
Qualifications:Preferred minimum of BS degree in Grain Science, Bakery Science, Food Science or related field or AIB graduate or work experience demonstrating equivalent technical skills.6+ years of baked goods product development experience on cross-functional, large scale project teams, managing products from conception to commercialization.Strong bakery formulation skills, knowledge of ingredient functionality, food processing and understanding of food systems.Ability to lead and motivate a project team.Have a passion for food.
