 Company:Ralston FoodsStatus:Full Time, EmployeeLocation:Parsippany, NJ 07054Job Category:Administrative/ClericalSalary:Competitive Salary & Benefits Package Use the employer's preferred method to send your resume - click Apply Now!   Job Description Position will be temporarily located in East Hanover, but will be relocated to Parsippany, NJ in Fall 2008. The Sr. Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to Consumer Insight and Consumer Promotions teams under minimal supervision.Responsibilities include: Type and compile reports, correspondence and presentations; create graphs and charts as supplemental material Organize and prepare slides, handouts and materials for training sessions, group meetings and seminars Assist in technical document preparation and maintenance Compile information, generate reports, and other needed back up support Assist in coordination of meetings, conferences, etc. Schedule appointments and conference calls Maintain calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare expense reports Receive telephone calls and incoming mail, and answer general customer inquiries Various projects and other duties as assignedJOB QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma required. Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced Administrative Support role Self-motivated individual able to work effectively and make sound independent decisions supporting multiple positions with minimal supervision Exceptional organization and follow up skills Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Flexible and able to multi-task and accomplish multiple assignments in timely manner Demonstrate proficiency at an intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Exercise tact and confidentiality, as exposed to and involved with sensitive and confidential information.
