Sourcing Manager--Cartons and Labels
Position Summary
Manage the Cartons and Labels Packaging categories with a combined spend profile of approximately $25MM. Continue the implementation and execution of the Avon Strategic Sourcing Initiative and continue the process of developing a robust Supplier Relationship Management program.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and improve systems critical to Sourcing, Planning, and Manufacturing
Manage detailed line item profile information for each Category and Commodity
Develop and maintain an aggressive forward leaning continuous improvement program that will deliver year on year value
Develop and maintain a robust knowledge of commodity markets and cost drivers as they relate to Cartons and Labels
Minimum Requirements
BS degree in a business related discipline
3 years related strategic sourcing experience
Experience creating Excel spreadsheets and formulas that track and maintain data
