We are seeking a results-driven, team-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our growing team!

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The company needs a strong candidate who will help make sure all domestic orders ship on-time and in accordance with each customer’s specific routing guide and carton marking requirement.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Process and route domestic orders to help ensure all orders ship on time

§ Keep up to date with customer routing/shipping guidelines to ensure orders are shipped correctly

§ Helps enter orders during peak season

§ Invoicing

§ Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or requested.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

§ High School Diploma required

§ Strong proficiency in a Windows environment is required, especially with WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK.

§ A flexible and fast learner.

§ Meticulous organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.

§ Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to proof own work for accuracy

§ Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing fast paced team environment.

§ Ability to multi-task

§ Desire to be challenged and be successful in role with Gemmy Industries.
