Shift Supervisor - Food Production
Papa John's is looking for experienced supervisors!
PJ Food Service, a subsidiary of Papa John's International, is currently seeking a Production Supervisor at our commissary in Schenectady, NY.
Production Supervisors are accountable for assisting with the management of dough production through the effective utilization of employees and equipment. Specifically, this includes ensuring quality and consistency of dough, supervising the team's daily tasks, conducting on-the-job training, performing daily inventory counts and maintaining accurate and complete departmental records.
Additional Information/Benefits
PJ Food Service is seeking applicants with a minimum of two years supervisory experience, preferably in a food production or manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of local, state and federal regulations and audits required, i.e., USDA audits, HACCP, etc.
Evening and weekend work will be required.
All applicants must have the ability to read and understand written and/or verbal instruction in English
