Senior Strategic Consultant

As a key member of the Strategic Business Analysis team for this leading retailer, you will provide comprehensive analysis and project management consulting to enable project teams and Senior Management to make sound business decisions.

The Senior Internal Consultant will be a technical expert in several of the following areas (mathematical optimization, simulation, queuing theory, statistics, forecasting, data mining, operations management, industrial engineering, supply chain, financial modeling, quantitative decision support, technical project management, process reengineering, etc).

The Senior Internal Consultant will lead and/or support multi-departmental teams with strategy, concept and design of operations, processes, and systems. . You will also work independently and be completely accountable for multiple projects concurrently and provide accurate, appropriate findings and recommendations. Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills are a must.

If you have a strong mix of technical and applied problem solving skills, this is the job for you.

**At least five years of post-academic experience and an MS/PhD in operations research (or a related field) are required. **

A more junior position (2-5 years of experience) is also available. Please do not apply without AT LEAST 2 years INDUSTRY experience!

This excellent company will provide relocation and transfer an H1 visa (no F1s). Metro Philadelphia.
