The desire to learn something new everyday is just what we seek in our employees too.Senior Producer of Online DevelopmentThe Senior Producer of Online Development provides coordination with and direction to team of internal and external developers on Web products from initial design through launch by managing projects to schedule and budget. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Producer of Online Development: Design, develop, and deliver Web content of the highest quality to varied, defined audiences from initial concept to final ship. Responsible for all necessary project management and technical documentation including Project Schedules, Milestone descriptions, Functional Specs, and feature documentation. Ensures that milestone deadlines are met in terms of quality, schedule, and budget. Define scope by assessing internal and external content assets and mapping against Web business framework to measure revenue opportunities against cost. Manage acquisition, and development of online interactive content products to support both Web P&L and other vertical constituents. Represent the Web Team in broader R&D and innovation sessions for future, related online projects. Responsible for understanding and maintaining the strategic pedagogical architecture and customer segments within which content will be developed. Maintain close communication with internal and external development teams to ensure they meet contractual requirements. Provide developers with material and technical support as needed. Coordinate development efforts with QA, Marketing, Public Relations, International and Legal to achieve consistency and quality and to facilitate the timely and effective delivery of materials required for publication. Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to peers, management, and press as needed. The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job. Job Qualifications
Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Web 2.0 development experience required. MMO development experience preferred; Web game development experience required. Minimum of 5 years Web production experience with three or more complete development cycles in a project management role. High achievement in leading creative talent in a fast paced production environment required. Must have successfully developed and managed people, resources and schedules with a world renown software entertainment and/or ecommerce company.
