Senior Expatriate Compensation Analyst : 150K - Total Compensation
Fortune global consumer product health/fitness conglomerate seeks degree with 3-5 yrs diverse HR experience: HR Generalist or compensation background a + with global experience. Interface with local and regional HR staff and external/service providers. Update balance sheet, issue payments and generate cost projections. Issue monthly payroll for U.S. expatriates and inpatriates (W-2), monthly assignment lists, compensation collection and U.S. payroll updates. Coordinate payments for taxes and rent.
