Senior Customer Service Rep: 60K + Bonus
Billion dollar global consumer products manufacturing company seeks degree a + with 2-3 yrs: responsible for performing customer service and logistics functions and support sales for the department. Accept and enter customer orders, issue invoices. Troubleshoot and answer questions. Maintain business relationships with customers and track shipments. Follow up on customer billing and accounting issues and procedures. Ensure accuracy of logistics/related documents. Process relevant paperwork for import and export procedures and place orders with suppliers. Process sales data and generate sales reports. Ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
