Senior Consultant
The Training & Performance Consultant will identify and support integration of enterprise-driven business process changes into plant operations. Services and solutions you will deliver include: Communication/education of "to-be" workflows with plant personnelCollaboration with plant personnel to determine how changes will be absorbed into their day-to-day operationsApplications / Transactional Training on custom-developed manufacturing execution systems At Go-Live, onsite support on the workflows, applications, etc. serving as the functional expertAfter-Action-Review facilitation Requirements: Solid instructional design, development and delivery, preferably with manufacturing processes and systems and/or in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of business process improvement and requirements gathering for creating documentation and presenting to client (plant personnel)Demonstrated project management in a constantly evolving environment Other Considerations: 40% travel; one scenario may be travel for a month, off two months, travel for 2 weeksInterest in long-term (up to five years +) project assignment Competitive Salary; Benefits Not Included
