The MBM team is responsible for continuously understanding free market ideas and then integrating these ideas in order to help our business units get results. To this end, our team consults with Koch businesses in many areas including competitive analysis and strategy development. We also work with business leaders to solve problems to see and capture opportunities. Works closely with business leaders to assess capabilities, performance and learning requirements & objectives. Coordinates & contacts with businesses on development and delivery of courses. Can utilize economic thinking to improve decision making. Instruct advance workshops/training courses in specialized subject areas. Successful Candidates: Can demonstrate strong knowledge of free market economics. Can demonstrate a thirst for continuous learning. Can demonstrate strong verbal and written skills. Can demonstrate the ability to make sound business decisions. Job Requirements:Ability to influence others positively to achieve results and common goals. 7+ years experience in a business environment. Solid understanding of free-market economics and the ability to apply in a business. Ability to assess business capabilities and develop plans and strategies for improvement. Strong strategic analysis and planning skills. Ability to prioritize projects, allocate resources and interact with all levels within an organization. Ability to assess training programs and conduct research. Education Required: Bachelor’s DegreeEducation Preferred: MBA, PhD, DBA Drug tests are required, unless prohibited by state law.
