Overview
The primary responsibility of the Monster Trainer is to educate our dealers and Sales Representatives on Monster Cable Products. We are looking for high energy individuals to join our team. Trainers play an integral role in ensuring Monster’s mission and success as it relates to the proper positioning of our product lines. This means that they are on the road 90% of the time ensuring that all involved with are effectively utilizing and positioning products to ensure sales optimization. This position is an integral part of our business model driving sales and one of the most important roles in the company.

Responsibilities
•Train and motivate retailers on products and new product launches to drive improved product positioning
•Represent Monster Cable at trade shows
•Work closely with the training team to develop comprehensive training programs/curriculum and materials
•Work closely with the Head Monster to create effective presentations and materials
•Deliver strong, high energy sales training presentations

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have experience or knowledge in the following areas:
•Minimum of seven years of sales or sales training experience in retail or consumer electronics strongly preferred
•Experience in delivering product knowledge and training to all levels in an organization
•Strong PC skills and advanced Power Point skills are critical – must be able to infuse graphics in powerpoint text for trainings with our major retailers and others.

REQUIRED:

Must have advanced powerpoint creation skills to integrate streaming media in powerpoint slides for high powered trainings.  Must design creatively.

Have a proven ability to present before a group and tell a story.  A personal training videotape is required to present to the CEO for review prior to an onsite interview.

EDUCATION
Bachelors degree required and/or equivalent work experience
