Sales Support Manager

Position Title: Sales Support Manager

Location: Boston, MA

Position Summary:

Sales Support Manager, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities supporting the LightWedge Sales function. This is a highly visible and complex role, since the candidate will be required to support and work with executives from across the entire organization.

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Performs all necessary administrative duties for the LightWedge sales team.

• Manages all aspects of Salesforce.com (CRM) system administration.

• Responsible for managing all correspondence between the LightWedge Sales Team, Sales Representatives and Customers.

• Prepare price quotations for customers.

• Manage LightWedge post-presentation process (Vendor setup sheets, Items Set-up Sheets etc).

• Initiate and track orders to completion.

• Prepare POS Reports and various ad hoc sales reports.

• Handles inquiries about LightWedge products or services.

Skills Required:

•Sales support experience

•Strong problem solving skills and analytical capabilities

•Ability to manage projects with multiple tracks

•Proficient with Administrative software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, …)

•Experience with Sales Force Automation and/or CRM software a Plus.

•Strong sense of customer service

•Good organizational and administrative skills

•

Ability to create and modify marketing materials for clients  

Experience/Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
