Sales Representative (Route Driver)

We are looking for an energetic individual with some Driver Helper experience (preferred) to work in our San Antonio or Del Rio Location.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1.  Drive to outlet locations delivering pre-ordered Anheuser-Busch and Grupo Modelo products to convenience retail and petroleum accounts.

2.  Truck type: 16, 18, or 20 bay side load tractor trailer.

3.  Unload cases from truck using a 2-wheel dolly and place in designated locations.

4.  Responsible for stocking and rotating the delivered product.

5.  Inspects and ensures that all product delivered is in date, accurate according to requested order, and product is not damaged.

6.  Responsible for the collection of payment or invoice.

7. Ensures customer satisfaction by being friendly, courteous and professional. 

 

Job Requirements:

 Class A-CDL is required.Driving record within MVR policy guidelines: No license revocation, suspension, DUI/DWI, careless or reckless driving.Ability to operate a two or four wheel dolly.Ability to lift/carry or push/pull a minimum of 30 lbs. 640 cases a day (average) 9,000 - 18,100 lbs a day. Ability to work in warm and cold environments. High School diploma or GED is required.Read, write and speak English.Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.

 

Candidates must meet the satisfactory requirements on their background check and drug screen to qualify.

Position is responsible for providing Human Resources support in assigned area, which may include employment, benefits administration, employee relations, compensation, and/or training/development.
