Sales Representative Flexible Packaging

Seville Flexpack, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging material, seeks to hire energetic and organized Sales Reps to develop regional territories throughout the United States. This is not a sales management or account management role; ideal candidates will thrive on the challenge of selling and must enjoy and excel at working independently, cold-calling, researching leads, and calling on customers within a multi-state territory. Candidates with a stable job history and a proven track record of success are encouraged to apply. Industry knowledge is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:Work independently to develop a multi-state sales territory Establish and build relationships with key users of flexible packaging materials Develop new business opportunities Identify new applications with existing and potential accounts Meet / exceed annual quota Input information via an online CRM program (salesforce.com)

Skills/Qualifications:A proven track record that demonstrates an ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and increase sales Knowledge of flexible packaging materials, machinery and processes (preferred) 4 year college degree in printing, packaging, marketing or business Strong relationship building skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and contact management systems Ability to work independently and have a strong desire for professional growth and development
