Sales POS Analyst

Enesco is currently seeking a Sales POS Analyst that will be accountable for collection of Point of Sales Data from all headquarters accounts.  Candidates with experience collecting and reporting off of POS data will only be considered.

 

 

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

 Will be accountable to develop direct data flow (EDI) between customers and Enesco to obtain weekly data.Become proficient at and understand internal customer system (workbench, etc).Obtains, updates and analyses key customer complete scorecards (beyond just sales).Obtains POS information from sophisticated field accounts (Hallmark chains).Provides analysis versus just dissemination of data.Collect, evaluate and secure POS data from all headquarters and sophisticated field customers Develop and maintain a system to process and store POS data Support senior management needs for POS data reporting and analytics. Track and forecast POS, provide direction and recommendations to the sales team Work with IT to develop new processes and optimize current data systems to better support our customers Support department Director with new and on-going reporting and analytical projects Provide analytical support across brands by analyzing brand performance and communicating findings and recommendations for senior management, marketing and sales

Experience and Education:Bachelor degree in business with concentration on data analysis and integration

 2+ years of experience in a CPG company as a POS analyst.

 Experience with and solid computer proficiency, experience developing Excel or MS Access systems required

 Solid business analyses and report writing/presentation experience required
