Sales Administrative Assistant

Sales Administrative Assistant Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a National Sales Director and 3 Regional Managers for a well-known Manufacturing Company.  This organization produces global brands distributed worldwide.Position requires strong Microsoft skills, data entry of sales information, making travel arrangements, setting up trade shoes, trade marketing support, expense reports, and ability to provide superior customer service. Ideal candidates must be polished, mature, with the ability to work alone as executives travel.  Must have previously worked as an administrative assistant supporting executives virtually that are not on site.  Position requires 5 years of administrative assistant experience. Competitive base pay provided.
