Sales Admin
Responsibilities:
§ Enter & process sales order
§ Print various reports
§ Invoicing orders
§ Responsible for Account receivable on past due invoices
§ Responsible for calling customs brokers for status updates
§ Communicate with customers and inter-company functional groups
§ Coordinate different aspects of orders (shipping details, handling and service issues, rate reconciliation)
§ Exposure to EDI
§ Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities
Qualifications:
§ Excellent organizational and computer skills are essential
§ Detailed Oriented & must be able to multi-task
§ Proficient use of Excel, Word software is required
§ Must communicate effectively both written and verbally
§ Must be a good team player
Education:
§ Some College Course Work
§ 3-5 years of administrative experience
