SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Incumbent will be responsible for providing analytical analysis and reporting.  Contribute to continuous improvements in standard performance reporting, financial analysis, forecasting, scenario modeling, and financial performance benchmarking. 



RESPONSIBLILITIES:



Key contributor to the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes.  This will include setting timelines and managing the process so all milestones are met.  Incumbent will work with departmental heads and plant managers to assist with budgeting/forecasting. 



Prepare monthly variance analysis, financial performance benchmarking and financial statement analysis.



Prepare capital spend analysis including NPV, IRR and payback calculations. 



Develop and provide recommendations to management based on financial analysis and models including product line profitability, S,G & A spending trends, new product analysis and supply chain efficiencies.



Manage, direct and mentor Financial Planning & Analysis staff



Develop and report key performance indicators and executive dashboards



Provide detailed analysis of revenue, costs and expenses identifying trends, explaining variances and reporting on performance factors.



REQUIREMENTS:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance

MBA, CMA or CPA preferred

5+ years FP&A experience

Expertise in MS Office - Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint

Enterprise software preferred
