Due to tremendous growth, we are in need of an SAP Business Analyst to propose and review business processes as related to the company's business system for the (MM) Material Management / (PP) Production Planning Models and its other supporting application.  This person will work in conjunction with technical IT department members to define specifications and test development modifications to current business system for the MM/PP Modules.  This person will also be responsible for monitoring user requests and suggesting appropriate action to resolve issues as well as writing procedures and training end users on procedures which interact with business system and IT system technology. 

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the governance of the business processes of their respective functional area of expertise.
• Develop system and process improvement recommendations.
• Works closely with the IT department and consultants beginning with the project initiation phase and throughout the project life cycle to ensure infrastructure needs are met.
• Assists IT Project Manager(s) in integration projects such as upgrades and implementations with planning, documentation, testing and training.
• Key role in system integration testing.
• Develop Support Documentation for Users.
• Develop End User Training Materials and deliver training..

 

Requirements:
• Must demonstrate SAP Super User skills in their functional area of expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be extremely customer service focused.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
• Exhibit creativity and resourcefulness in resolving problem situations.
