The Regional Sales Manager will the cover the Ohilo, Michigan and Kentucky regions.

Job Purpose:

Manage/grow sales territory by increasing distribution, selling promotions and performing promotional events of Luxury Lifestyle Products.

Duties:

* Meet/exceed sales volume and profit objectives each year.

* Meet/exceed all objectives associated with distribution, promotion, merchandising and pricing.

* Demonstrate industry leadership by providing excellent product knowledge, professional customer service and prompt follow through.

* Organize and perform beneficial sales events in your region to solicit new end users and meet your sales objectives.

* Coordinate with management all volume objectives, merchandising objectives and promotional objectives.

* Develop, build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

* Work closely with inside sales team in meeting the company objectives.

* Professionally represent the company at all trade exhibitions and events.

* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

* Administer and complete all company reports within the assigned time frame.
