Regional Manager - Northern California : San Jose / San Francisco / Bay Area

Kenra, Ltd. has an exciting career opportunity.  Join one of the fastest growing professional hair care companies!  Kenra, Ltd., an Indianapolis-based, privately held company, is an energetic, fast-paced marketer and distributor dedicated to providing the highest quality products and service to the professional salon industry.We are actively seeking a Regional Manager to join our team.  The Regional Manager will be responsible for the California bay area territory and will reside and work from within the San Jose, San Francisco / bay area and will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets and meeting all customer account management needs by: 

 Driving sales and marketing with new and existing Kenra customers (distributors and national chain accounts); Building and expanding meaningful relationships with key distributors; Implementing and supporting distributor-specific promotions and marketing initiatives; Conducting educational programs/presentations; Providing timely reports, including quantity of results generated, achieving results; consistently early or on-time, calendar activities, sales calls, forecasts, Managing expenses within budgetary guidelines; and Traveling approximately 75 percent of the time.

Qualified Applicant has:

2+ years of outside sales experience with a quantifiable track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.  A bachelor’s degree is preferred.;A high energy level and professional appearance; Excellent communication skills in written, oral and presentation forms; A strong desire and ability to serve customers and solve problems; Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships, negotiate and influence others; Exceptional organizational and time management skills and is self-directed; A positive attitude and is a team player; and, Strong computer skills and is proficient in MS Windows and Office.
