Regional Human Resources Manager

We currently have an opportunity at our Cartersville, GA facility for a Regional Human Resources Manager.  The description and qualifications are as follows: 

Description: Responsible for overall onsite HR management in our state of the art, high volume PET blow molding facility Provide HR guidance and support to 5 other Graham facilities and their staffs in the Northeastern US.  Activities include directing and/or supporting employment, staffing, HR legal compliance, employee relations, training, safety, succession planning and HR administration. Must be willing to perform limited travel and be prepared for extended projects at other locations as required.

 

This position reports HR Director of Global Food and Beverage and will be part of the business unit HR Leadership Team. You will have a strong relationship with the Plant Manager in Emigsville for local issues and the Director of Manufacturing for multi-plant issues.

 

Experience Needed:

Minimum of 5 years generalist experience in a progressive, fast paced HR environment either multi plant or in a single large location. Must have experience as the primary HR resource to a plant or general manager. Knowledge of GA Employment law strongly preferred. PHR or SPHR will receive additional consideration. Proficiency in the use of continuous improvement tools desired. Experience in other operations leadership in addition to HR leadership will receive strong consideration

Education:

·  BS or BA required.

·  Masters will receive additional consideration.
