In addition to sales offices in North America, the company has a sales presence in Italy, Switzerland, Hong Kong and Belgium to serve global customers.An opportunity exists for a Recruiter at Flint Hills Resources Odessa plant location. In this role you will report to a Human Resource Leader and have key responsibility for partnering with business leaders to recruit and hire exceptional talent.• Execute volume candidate sourcing and screening via phone, internet and face to face.• Develop positive relationships with hiring mangers, candidates and internal management.• Active involvement with applicant tracking, drug and background screening systems, interview scheduling.• Execute creative sourcing and proactive candidate recruitment efforts. • Review resumes/applications, evaluate applicant work history, education, job skills and basic qualifications.• Execute recruiting process compliant with applicable employment law and Flint Hills Resources LP standards and policies.• New employee follow-ups to obtain information on improving recruitment strategies and on-boarding procedures.Work Experience/Skills REQUIRED: • Strong proficiency in organizing large amounts of information by developing and maintaining well organized systems. • Possess strong initiative to improve processes and situations without waiting for specific instructions while understanding how specific actions relate to and affect others. • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results • Self directed and motivated with a passion for producing high quality work • Ability to collaborate with team members and customers demonstrating humility, respect and cooperation. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally. • Available to travel up to 25% Work Experience/Skills PREFERRED Minimum of one year experience in recruiting.
