Rebate Administrator Position Highlights:
* assume responsibility for the company's quarterly accounts payable and
receivable processes as well as client and vendor rebates
* secure and balance client's supplier reports; coordinate discrepancies,
resolutions and reconcile missing information
* review client contracts on rebates and ensure payments are in line with
agreements
* reconcile issues with company owners, presidents and accounting departments
* maintain information on tracking system
* assist with daily cash reconciliation
* maintain supplier/vendor rapport
* troubleshoot

Rebate Administrator Qualifications:
* EXTREME ATTENTION TO DETAILS of utmost importance
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
* 1-5 years office experience in cash rebate/incentive programs or
purchasing/contract management
* proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook required; working knowledge of
AS400 a plus
* excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
* outstanding typing and data entry skills
* high degree of organization
