Reconciles cycle count to ensure correct inventory levels. Communicates with Corporate Transportation Department to ensure adequate truck availability. Oversees the consolidation of partial pallets. Coordinates maintenance needs for departmental operations. Interviews applicants and trains employees as needed. Ensures safe and healthful working conditions and an organized work environment. Accountable for following corporate and local RDC guidelines, policies and procedures Performs other duties as required. Work Experience Requirements: Required: -  Minimum of 3 years Warehouse / RDC supervisory experience -  Excel / Access database experiencePreferred: -  Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) Education Level: Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
