We are a fast growing division of Wesco (NYSE) and a leader in providing Fortune 100 companies with MRO supply chain outsource programs. Based in the Hartford area, we need a program leader for a division with a major global manufacturer. We are providing procurement services, transaction management, e-Commerce tools, cost savings programs inventory programs, and vendor management services. Responsibilities include program development, leading field services, managing supplier relationships, metrics, customer service, standardization programs, cost savings, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader, with a solid sourcing background, effective communication skills, experience in developing MRO standardization programs, an appropriate degree, change management experience, and exceptional team building abilities.
