 Trouble shooting production problems Training hourly personnel Implementation of additional lean methods/techniques/ Working knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts Improvements to processes Previous experience and proven track record as a production supervisor Minimum 2 years of Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Proficient in Microsoft Office
