Ensure Tieline excess records Generate management productions reports Prints invoices for magazine delivery Monitors and documents tieline stoppages and other issues Follows-up with supervisors on Tieline issues bringing problems to full resolution Inspects totes to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of Tieline and product Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of Tieline Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department or work crew Analyzes and resolves work problems Maintains time and production records Estimates, requisitions, and inspects materials Confers with supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments Performs activities of workers supervisedThis position requires exceptional organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to prioritize.  A working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Outlook is required. A Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.);or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
