Product Manager--Upper Midwest location
Director-Level Position Available for a Proven "A" PlayerOur client, with 13 manufacturing sites throughout the U.S., is the undisputed leader in their industry niche with sales in excess of $1 billion annually. They are currently seeking an experienced, professional Director of Product Management at the corporate headquarters located in the Upper Midwest. Reporting to the V.P. of Marketing, this position will be responsible for launching new and modified product lines, manage existing product lines and will work closely with Engineering and Design departments to develop future product lines. Travel is estimated at 20%. In order to qualify for this high-level position, candidates should have the following: A minimum of 7 years Product Management experience with a manufacturer of products related to residential home goods or construction--ie., appliances, residential or office furniture, kitchen/bath accessories, flooring, wall/ceiling systems, yard equipment, roofing, etc. Experience should include a portfolio of products generating annual revenues of $300 million or greater Proven supervisory and leadership skills to manage cross functional teams Above-average technical skills in order to work effectively with Engineering and Design teams A Master's Degree is highly preferredThe company will provide a base salary in the $100-120k range plus additional bonus opportunity, complete benefits and relocation assistance.
