Procurement Manager

Alliance Enterprises, a Professional Search ~ Consulting firm dedicated to the acquisition, retention and development of Human Capital, is representing a growing company who is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join their team.If you enjoy planning, dealing with perishable ingredients, experience with international suppliers, and love a challenge - this may be your ideal position. 

Responsibilities:Oversee and manage purchasing for all ingredients/raw materials - including perishables  (both nationally and internationally) Forecasting and hedging  Reduce costs and maintain appropriate raw materials on hand Manage all outside cold storage relationships and costs  Oversee the industrial sales process to outside manufacturers 

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (supply chain, purchasing or business)  3+ years experience Strong understanding of procurement and transportation services Strong communication and organizational skills Supervisory experience desired
