Process Engineer - Paper Industry

Responsibilities: Lead a group of process engineers that will:Interact with operations on a daily basis seeking opportunities to identify and implement solutions to improve the Mill financial performance.Develop and help execute projects to improve yield and throughput improvements.Assist operations in problem solving, and the training of operators.Education: Bachelor of Science in Paper Science or Chemical Engineering required.Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of experience in Process Engineering in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge - Skills - Abilities: Material and Energy balances, and strong laboratory testing methodologies. Prefer experience in a recycled fiber pulp and paper mill.
