Responsibilities

 

Effectively manage productivity, quality, labor and costs for up to 30 Associates providing support to Avon RepresentativesOptimize order flow and meet productivity goalsPromote a safe work environmentProvide timely feedback and follow-up on performance management issuesAchieve quality goalsAssociate training



Requirements

 

Bachelor’s degree required preferably in operations, logistics or supply chain1-3 years of related operations or internship experience1-3 years supervisory experience or equivalent internship experience
