Order Entry Associate

Geneva Watch Group is the trend setting designer, manufacturer and distributor of watches and clocks whose licensed brands include Kenneth Cole, Tommy Bahama, BCBG Max Azria,  BCBG Girls, Ted Baker, Betsey Johnson, Mudd, Speedo, and Freestyle.  Our products are sold in department stores, mass-market retailers, and specialty shops in 48 countries worldwide.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the daily entry of all Manual orders of the Status, Special Markets and Private label divisions.Responsible for opening new accounts and coding the sales Rep and customer profile codes within JDE system.Responsible for processing all Credit Card orders within the Snap Pay system.Responsible for maintaining and updating JDE address book.Responsible for releasing orders from Administrative Hold prior to Sales Ops Review.Maintaining and updating the Customer Third Party (UPS/ Fed Ex) accounts in JDE.Assisting with order filling.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:High School Diploma Entry LevelStrong oral and written communicational skills and teamwork required.Must be computer literate and able to multi task. Experience with MS Office and ExcelShould be able to type at least 40 wpm.Computer skills: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and JD Edwards
