Operations Coordinator

Geneva Watch Group is the trend setting designer, manufacturer and distributor of watches and clocks whose licensed brands include Kenneth Cole New York, Kenneth Cole Reaction, Tommy Bahama, Betsey Johnson, BCBG Maxazria, Ted Baker London, Mexx and Speedo and its own brand Freestyle. Our products are sold in department stores, mass-market retailers, and specialty shops in 48 countries worldwide.

 

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator. This individual interacts with multiple departments within US and Asia - Operations, Sales, Product Development and Distribution - to ensure accurate product records set up in ERP system.

 

Principal Activities:

·  Collect and review item master data via effective communication with Merchandisers, Operations and Product Development as new and re-sourced products flow through Development Process to ensure new item records are correctly created in JD Edwards.

·  Creation and maintenance of item master data into JDE system.

·  Create and maintain ad hoc Excel reports and spreadsheets – using vlookups, pivot tables, linked workbooks, etc to effectively review, analyze and distribute product information as needed.

·  Provide routine administrative support to Operations Department including disbatch, maintenance and filing of JDE Purchase Orders.

·  Assist in organizing and publishing monthly reports.

 

Education & Experience:

·  College degree required

·  Experience with ERP systems or JDE a plus

·  2+ years experience in data entry or purchasing preferred

 Skills and Attributes

·  Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills – using vlookups, pivot tables, linked workbooks.  Able to create new Excel workbooks with such functionality

·  Strong data entry skills – speed and proficiency

·  Detail oriented, self-starter, strong organizational skills and good time management & prioritization skills required

·  Strong problem solving skills

·  Excellent interpersonal skills

·  Excellent oral and written communication skills

·  Team player

·  Professional business demeanor

·  Ability to deal with change and to be flexible
